BHW - Teaching Well Online (Ray Purdom & co)

In 2008, Ray Purdom, Jane Harris and Scott Simkins received a grant from UNC E-Learning and Online Initiative to develop Brief Hybrid Workshops (BHWs) on Teaching Well Online. As a result of that initiative, 16 BHWS were created by faculty and faculty developers in the UNC System. This past summer, funds were secured to develop an additional 24 BHWs. Ray Purdom and Jane Harris will describe this project and share examples of the BHWs that have been developed. Join this session to learn more about BHWs, the progress of this project and how you might contribute to it as well as what the TLT Group is doing to promote and support the development of Brief Hybrids.
