How do you launch and sustain discussions within a college or university about increasing students' knowledge, skills, abilities, and timely completion of degrees and other certification? Disagreement can be revealing and clarifying but how do we get beyond it and build on it respectfully, constructively and safely.

Cynthia Wilson and Marcia Pfeiffer will introduce our FridayLive! audience to an approach currently being used to talk about the national emphasis on student completion of post secondary credentials. This is especially relevant for community colleges, state colleges,...where many students have significant non-college responsibilities, schedule constraints,...limited access to Internet and related technology.
