Twitter for Beginners: for Very Smart Dummies
April 11, 2014  2:00-3:00 pm ET - free to all.

Presenters: Susan M. Bearden, Steve Gilbert, Beth Dailey, and others

Taking advantage of Twitter takes a slight shift in thinking. Susan will walk us through those shifts in thinking so we can decide how best to leverage this social media application. You do not need a Twitter account to take part in this session, but if you would like to set up an account, this document will take you there. We will explore how to use Twitter to enhance your Personal and Professional Learning Networks by finding hashtags and customizing based on your level of interest. Faculty uses of Twitter in the classroom will also be shared.

Let’s start the conversation with Susan before the webinar begins by using the TLT FridayLive hashtag, #tltgFRLV. Tweet questions you have about Twitter and ways you currently use Twitter.

You are welcome to login early on Friday, 1:50 PM ET, for a hashtag scavenger hunt.
