Easing into Twitter Chatting* Continue Conversation with Veteran Online Faculty

*Twitter chats are asynchronous conversations that

happen on Twitter around a unique hashtag. We will first go over the basics and then you have the option to observe or join in on a Twitter Chat scheduled for the TOL4B Moocers. To participate in the Twitter chat you will need to create a Twitter account.

2:30 PM ET. We will meet in the TLT Adobe Connect Room to go over Twitter chatting basics and how to log into the TweetChat room we will be using.

3:00 - 4:00 PM ET. Chat with veteran online faculty regarding building community online and Learning Management System (LMS) Features. You can either observe the Twitter Chat

through the Adobe Connect interface and/or join in the actual chat. We will follow this hashtag, #tltgTOL4B and use this TweetChat room.

PREREQUISITE: Create a Twitter account, if you do not already have one.
